We have known Dr. J. COOLEN for the last four years. This year Connect Hearing and Dr. J.Coolen provided my wife with her first hearing aid device. We appreciate Dr.Coolen's professionalism and his kindness.

Very dissapointed! I showed up for my appointment today and was told that they have no record of my appointment. Then the receptionist went on to say that their crazy booking systems is so unpredictable; sometimes it double and triple books appointments and other times it doesn't show anyone has an appointment and people show up. I stood there looking at her like she was nuts. Do they seriously want me to invest $2000 - $3000 in equipment into their business when they can't even keep simple appointment schedules straight. I've booked somewhere else.
