I have just returned from having purchased a washing machine, with Jim’s assistance. He could not have been more helpful, and even did price comparisons via the computer to ensure that I was receiving the best deal, thus eliminating the need to run from store to store. He was knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and at no time did he rush me. I would heartily recommend dealing with him for any appliance needs!
