I came in for a test drive, and he was extremely knowledgeable and gracious; allowing me to inspect the vehicle, and by answering ANY questions I had (in-person and e-mail). When the truck was sold before I had the chance to make an offer, Craig went above and beyond to ensure I could try another. He got me into my 2012 Ford F-150, and made sure my payments were reasonable and fair. I am beyond satisfied with the efforts he and his manager Ian made to help me get my truck, and I would recommend him to anyone that's seeking a vehicle.
